AI Language Flash Cards helps users create, translate, and review language-learning flashcards.
Your flashcards are stored locally on your device. Local flashcard review features may work without signing in. AI translation credits, Google Play top-up purchases, and related backend services require Google sign-in.
The app uses Google sign-in through Firebase Authentication to identify the user for translation credits, purchase verification, abuse prevention, support, and data deletion requests.
The app may process the signed-in account identifier, Firebase Authentication user identifier, authentication token, and related Firebase identifiers for these purposes.
When you request a translation, the source sentence is sent securely to our translation backend. The backend may send the text to an AI translation provider to generate the translated sentence.
The app checks translation credit usage through the backend. Translation credit records are associated with the signed-in Firebase Authentication user.
Purchases are processed by Google Play. The app and backend may process Google Play purchase tokens, product identifiers, package name, purchase verification results, and related records to verify purchases and grant translation credits.
The app may use Firebase App Check, Google Play Integrity, device or installation identifiers, request identifiers, and rate-limiting records to protect the translation service, prevent abuse, and control backend costs.
Users may report offensive, unsafe, incorrect, or poor-quality AI translations from inside the app. Reports may include the signed-in user identifier, installation identifier, source sentence, translated text, selected reason, optional note, app version, and time of report.
You may request deletion of data associated with your app usage by emailing ai.language.flash.cards@gmail.com with the subject line "Data deletion request".
Data that may be deleted includes backend translation credit records, AI translation reports, authentication-linked backend records, and purchase-verification records where deletion is legally and technically permitted.
Some records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, accounting, purchase verification, refund handling, or dispute handling.
We do not sell user data.
